The Gastronomy Lab

The Gastronomy Lab is an ongoing collaboration with Gastronomic Artist - Dilshan Shanmughadas Thandassery. 

 

This TEL series of gastronomic experiences are informed by Ayurvedic traditional ethnic knowledge with haute cuisine to create meals, food products, and recipes that holistically nourish and uplift. 

 

This project has gone on to include locations in The Netherlands, Switzerland, and India.
